Account Registration

Eligibility and age: You must be the legal age of majority in your province/territory of residence (19 in most provinces; 18 in AB, MB, QC) and at least 18 years old in any event. Access from Ontario requires you to confirm that use of offshore gaming is lawful for you; crypto-games-casino is not registered with iGaming Ontario. You must not access from any Restricted Jurisdiction.
Single account: One Account per person, household, IP/device. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances voided where fraud, abuse, or chargebacks are involved.

Self-exclusion & RG tools: Upon request we can apply deposit limits, timeouts, and self-exclusion. If self-excluded, you must not attempt to re-register.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing bets: Bets are accepted when confirmed by our servers and reflected in your balance/history. Minimum/maximum stakes and eligible currencies are shown per Game/cashier.
Game fairness: RNG-based games use independently tested randomization. Live games are provided by licensed third-party studios; their specific rules apply in addition to these Terms.
Cancellation/voids: Once placed, a Bet cannot be modified or canceled by the Player. The Operator may void or settle at corrected odds in cases of manifest error, mispriced bets, rule violations, malfunction, or interrupted game rounds.
Disconnections/malfunctions: Server records are final. Bets affected by verified technical malfunctions are voided and stakes returned; "malfunction voids all pays and plays." Network or device failures on your side do not obligate resettlement.
Prohibited conduct: No collusion, chip-dumping, advantage play via exploits, botting/automation, multi-accounting, or use of VPN/proxy to evade restrictions. Violations may lead to voided Bets, confiscation, and account closure.
Live casino & chat: Be respectful. No abuse, harassment, hate speech, spam, or solicitation. Do not instruct dealers or share personal data in chat. We may mute, remove chat access, or suspend accounts for breaches.

Bonus Terms

Activation: Bonuses require opt-in and/or bonus code as stated on the promotion page. Eligibility, currencies, and geographies may apply. Some offers are by invitation only.
Wagering requirements: Each offer specifies a wager multiple and timeframe. Wagering must be completed within the stated period in 2025; unmet wagering causes bonus and associated winnings to lapse.
Contribution & restrictions: Game types may contribute differently to wagering (e.g., slots 100%, table/live games lower or 0%). Certain games/features may be excluded. The contribution table on each promo page prevails.
Max bet & winnings: While wagering, a maximum bet per spin/round may apply; exceeding it can forfeit the bonus and related winnings. Some free spin/bonus chip offers cap convertible winnings; see promo specifics.
Order of funds: Unless stated otherwise, real money is wagered before bonus funds. Cancelling a bonus returns remaining real-money balance but forfeits bonus funds/winnings.
Combining promotions: Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Cashback/loyalty credits may have separate rules.
Abuse prevention: Prohibited actions include low-risk wagering patterns, hedge betting, equal/zero-risk bets, collusion, multiple accounts, or depositing/withdrawing to trigger rewards without genuine play. We may cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts for abuse.

Payments & Withdrawals

Methods: We support cryptocurrencies and, where available, selected cards and e-wallets via third-party payment processors. Availability varies by province/territory and provider policy.
Deposits: Crypto deposits credit after required network confirmations. Network fees and exchange-rate volatility are your responsibility. We may display balances in CAD for convenience; crypto remains the settlement asset unless otherwise stated.
Withdrawals: We may pay out to the original method and currency used, subject to KYC/AML checks. Processing times depend on verification status, method, and security reviews. Posted timeframes are estimates; additional checks can extend them.
Limits & fees: Per-transaction/daily/weekly limits apply and are shown in the cashier. We do not charge hidden fees; third-party or network fees may apply. We may aggregate small payouts to minimize fees with your consent.

Limitation of Liability

Exclusions: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of data, profits, opportunity, or business; or issues caused by your devices, internet providers, blockchain/network congestion, third-party outages, DDoS, or force majeure.
Technical issues: In the event of confirmed malfunctions or errors, our obligation is to void affected Bets and return the stake or correct the settlement.
Cap on liability: Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim related to a Bet is limited to the amount of that Bet. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is unlawful under applicable consumer protection laws.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: The Site, software, design, trademarks, logos, text, and media are owned by or licensed to the Operator and its licensors. All rights are reserved.
Prohibitions: You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Services except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
Third-party content: Game titles, studio names, and related IP belong to their respective owners; use on the Site does not grant you any rights in such IP.

Privacy & Data Protection

Self-exclusion: If you self-exclude, the Account remains closed for the selected period; we will not accept wagers during that time.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable law: These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your province/territory.
Dispute resolution: Disputes should first be submitted to our support team. If unresolved within a reasonable period, the dispute shall be finally resolved by confidential arbitration seated in Curaçao, in English, before a single arbitrator under applicable institutional rules selected by the Operator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Consumer safeguards: Nothing restricts your ability to bring a claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction or to exercise non-waivable rights under applicable Canadian law. Class or representative actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
